We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
A valid proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is provided
The item is not listed as non-returnable (see below)
The following items are not eligible for return:
Beauty & personal care products that have been opened or used
Customized or personalized items
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with photo proof.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
We'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a Lshop error (e.g. wrong or defective item sent).
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt until your refund is processed.
